10-Minute Lightly Flavored Simmered Ground Meat and Japanese Leek

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground meat
100g
Japanese leek

★ Vinegar
2 tablespoons
★ Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
★ Chinese soup stock
100ml

Steps

1. Slice the leeks. Mix the ★ ingredients in a bowl together.
2. Cook the meat, add the leeks once it has browned, and cook.
3. Add the sauce, boil for 3 minutes, and it's done!
4. Serve in bowls.
5. User "Karun-chan" made it with tofu instead of meat. What a creative idea. It's an economical and healthy variation!
