All you need to do is to coat the oysters with katakuriko and pan-fry. They're so delicious that even people who don't like oysters will love them!

1. Quickly rinse the oysters in salt water (or rinse them in plain water, if you don't have time!) and pat dry between paper towels.
2. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the thinly sliced garlic until aromatic.
3. Then, coat each oyster with plenty of katakuriko and stir-fry.
4. They are delicious when you fry them until both sides are crispy. To finish, season with salt and pepper!
5. Use plenty of oil! (as advised by user "Akubidaiji") Olive oil is healthy for you.
