Macrobiotic Snack Fluffy Soy Milk Madeleines

I wanted make sweets and enjoy my life even though I'm on a macrobiotic diet.
This dish is so easy that even kids can make it. All you need to do is mix and bake.
Apple jam or simmered prunes in black tea will be delicious in these madeleines.
You can rearrange them however you like.

Ingredients: 12 madeleines

≪Dry ingredients≫
Whole wheat flour
200 g
Whole wheat cake flour
Baking powder
12 g
1/2 teaspoon
Almond flour
30 g
Beet sugar
60 g
≪Wet ingredients≫
Soy milk
350 ml
Canola oil
120 ml
Maple syrup
30 ml


1. Mix the ≪Dry ingredients≫ in a bowl. Mix the ≪Wet ingredients≫ in a separate bowl.
2. Make a well in the middle of the ≪Dry ingredients≫ mixture, and pour in the ≪Wet ingredients≫ mixture. Mix well with a whisk.
3. Pour into a muffin pan or madeleine pan, and bake in the oven for 22 minutes at 180℃.
