I wanted make sweets and enjoy my life even though I'm on a macrobiotic diet. This dish is so easy that even kids can make it. All you need to do is mix and bake. Apple jam or simmered prunes in black tea will be delicious in these madeleines. You can rearrange them however you like.
Mix the ≪Dry ingredients≫ in a bowl. Mix the ≪Wet ingredients≫ in a separate bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the ≪Dry ingredients≫ mixture, and pour in the ≪Wet ingredients≫ mixture. Mix well with a whisk.
Pour into a muffin pan or madeleine pan, and bake in the oven for 22 minutes at 180℃.

I created this recipe to expand my repertoire of macrobiotic items. I've been adding more recipes while brushing up on my skills through my classes with a macrobiotic teacher.
Since they're very easy, even kids can make these as long as all the measuring is done. The macrobiotic diet is wonderful! I've changed my soy milk madeleine recipe into this recipe using all macrobiotic ingredients. They are delicious You can pour the batter into a baking sheet, and cut into pieces after baking. They will be fluffy.
