Easy Chestnut Cake with Okara

This cake is so fragrant from the sweet chestnuts and rum. You could also make this with candied chestnuts.

Ingredients: 1 pound cake pan

Fresh okara
150 g
Pancake mix
100 g
Peeled sweet chestnuts
100 g
Milk
100 ml
Egg
1
Sugar
3 tablespoons
Rum
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Blend the sweet chestnuts and milk in a food processor. Stop blending when the chestnuts become your preferred graininess.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Bake for 30 minutes in a 180°C (356°F) oven.
4. This is what the cross-section looks like Sweet and tasty.
