Blend the sweet chestnuts and milk in a food processor. Stop blending when the chestnuts become your preferred graininess.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 180°C (356°F) oven.

Story Behind this Recipe
Because I love chestnuts, I added them into my regular okara cake.
You could also microwave for 15 to 20 minutes at 500W. However, the surface is likely to harden if you're using a microwave. Whether you are using chestnut or candied chestnut, the flavor improves if you chill it in fridge for a whole day rather than serving fresh out of the oven.
