Stir Fried Bacon and Cabbage with Oyster Sauce

This is a simple dish, with the fattiness of bacon. Enjoy with rice.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cabbage
4 leaves
Bacon
6 slices
Oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
a small amount
Black pepper
a small amount
Olive oil
as needed

Steps

1. Rinse the cabbage and cut roughly into bite size pieces. Slice the bacon into 3 cm strips.
2. Heat a pan and fry the bacon quickly. Set aside on a plate.
3. Using same pan, heat oil and stir fry the cabbage.
4. When cabbage wilts, transfer the bacon back into the pan. Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce and stir fry once more.
