Simple Squid Yakisoba Stir-Fried Noodles Oyster Sauce

It's a simple stir-fried noodles with scallions, ginger, garlic and squid. It's nicely flavored with oyster sauce.


Chinese-style noodles
3 servings
3 (tubes only)
Green onion or scallion
10 g

Oyster sauce
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon


1. Cut the squid into thin rings and mince the garlic and ginger. Chop the scallion.
2. Poke the bags of the noodles and make 2-3 holes and microwave for 3 minutes. Heat about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and add the garlic, ginger and scallions. Then add the squid and cook.
3. Add the warm noodles, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of sake and combine with the squid. Season with oyster sauce and mirin. Done.
4. Sprinkle on some black peppers if you like.
