Preheat the oven to 170℃. Put all the ingredients into a food processor.
Switch the food processor on. Blend until the mixture becomes nice and smooth.
Pour the tofu mixture into the muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170℃. They won't be completely hardened when they are freshly baked, but that's alright. After they cool down thoroughly, chill them in the fridge.
They will set once they're chilled. Keep them refrigerated.

I made this dessert for myself.
There's no need to drain the tofu. Please adjust the temperature and baking time to your oven. Also adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste. They won't be completely hardened when freshly baked, but they will be once they cool down.
