Wiener Sausage and Vegetable Sweet Vinegar Stir-fry

This is a sweet-and-sour-style pork style dish made easily with wiener sausages. You don't have to deep fry the meat component, so it is ready quickly.

Ingredients: 4 people

Wiener sausages
1 package (7 sausages)
Green pepper
2 big or 3 small
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
about 1 teaspoon
Ginger, Garlic
to taste


1. Finely chop the ginger and garlic, cut the sausages into thirds, finely slice the onions, and cut the green peppers into large bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix the ingredients marked with ●.
3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan and cook the ginger and garlic at low heat. Once its aromatic add the onions and fry. (On high medium heat.)
4. Once the onions have become clear, add the green pepper and wiener sausages, cook for 1-2 minutes, and add the flavoring from ●.
5. Once the flavoring has mixed in, add sesame oil, and give a quick stir.

I was trying to make sweet-and-sour pork, but I didn't have pork so I used wiener sausages instead.
