Horse Mackerel Tataki (Pounded Horse Mackerel ) in Rice Bowl

I made tataki using a seasonal horse mackerel, and put it on top of hot cooked rice It goes so well with rice, you won't be able to stop eating it.

Ingredients: 1-2 servings

Horse Mackerel

☆Ponzu
1 tablespoon
☆Miso
1 teaspoon
☆Mirin
1 teaspoon
☆Green onions
as needed
☆Sesame seeds
as needed
☆Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
Plain cooked rice
1 rice bowlful

Steps

1. Fillet the fish into 3 pieces, and remove the skin. Remove the big bones, and pound into very small pieces to make tataki.
2. Mix the ☆ ingredients and Step 1, put on top of rice, then you're done.
