Awesome Stir-Fried Noodles with Ginger, Garlic and Soy Sauce

It's different from regular yakisoba noodles.
The flavor of ginger and garlic will stimulate your appetite.
Have a bunch of these noodles and boost your energy!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Yakisoba noodles
2 bags
Sliced pork
100 g
1/2 bunch
Chinese chives
1/2 bunch
about 5 cm
about 1-2 cm
1 clove
Sesame oil
As needed
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
To taste


1. Mince the ginger and garlic. Cut the pork and vegetables into 5 cm strips.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic. Cook until fragrant over medium-low heat.
3. Add the pork and season with salt and pepper. When the pork is no longer pink, add the vegetables and cook over high heat.
4. When the vegetables are soft, add the noodles and cook for a few minutes. Season with sake, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
5. Serve on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
