Delicious Warm Tofu With a Twist - Direct From A Master Chef

Western style mustard adds spicy to this warm tofu dish with a difference, given to me by a master chef.
It's easy to make, but it's really good♪ A great drink appetizer.

Ingredients

Tofu
1/2 block
Japanese mustard
To taste
Green onion
To taste
Bonito flakes
To taste

Steps

1. I used this tofu this time.
2. These are the ingredients. The nametake mushrooms and shiso leaves were not used though.
3. Warm the tofu.
4. When hot, place it on a plate.
5. Spread some Japanese mustard on top. Put on some chopped green onion and bonito flakes and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I was drinking and I didn't have anything to eat, my acquaintance told me about this recipe.
The key is the mustard. Really easy and really delicious!
