Sticky ☆ Healthy ☆ Satoim Taro ☆ Dessert

All you have to do is mix in a food processor and chill it ❤ The stickiness and grains of the taro gives this a mysterious texture. You can top it with molasses or kinako powder and it's delicious. ❤

Ingredients: 4 servings

Satoimo (taro)
Approx 200-300g
Soy milk
1 cup (200ml)
Dark brown sugar (or white sugar)
20~50 g
Skim milk powder
30 g

1. Cut up the taro into an appropriate size and put on a heat resistant plate.
2. Gently cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5-7 minutes at 500W. Poke with a wooden skewer and once it comes out clean, it's done.
3. In a food processor, add the taro root, brown sugar (or white), and the skim milk. Pulse.
4. Add the soy milk and pulse to mix.
5. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour into containers and chill in the fridge.
