Healthy Tofu and Banana Cake

A simple cake with a delightful, chewy texture. It's egg, oil- and sugar-free, and makes a great snack for kids.

Ingredients: 5-6 cupcakes

Silken tofu
100 g
80 g (About 1 banana)
Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon


1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Mix the tofu and banana in a blender until smooth, then transfer to a bowl.
2. Put the flour and baking powder in a plastic bag and shake the contents well. Add these mixed dry ingredients to the bowl from Step 1. Mix with a rubber spatula in a cutting motion.
3. Pour the dough into cups and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
