Tasty Non-Fried ☆ Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce

You can easily make super delicious shrimp with mayonnaise sauce at home.
Both kids and grown-ups love this recipe.

Ingredients: 2 servings

☆ Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
☆ Ketchup
1 teaspoon
☆ Milk
1 teaspoon
☆ Honey
1 teaspoon
As needed
Salt, sake
A small amount


1. 《Prepping the shrimp》 After removing the shell and vein from the shrimp, slice them down the middle. You can cut either down the outsides or insides, but it saves time if you cut down the outside, while removing the veins, and the texture will be more tender. Preseason with a bit of salt and sake.
2. Use a paper towel to gently absorb excess water from shrimp, coat with katakuriko, and sautè both sides in frying pan. I also added some broccoli.
3. Remove from pan and let cool.
4. Combine ingredients marked with a ☆ in a bowl.
5. Coat shrimp with sauce, and serve.
6. Here it is with spinach in place of broccoli. Try it with a variety of vegetables!

Story Behind this Recipe

I recreated my favorite shrimp with mayonnaise. Most recipes use condensed milk, but since I don't keep it on hand, I substituted with milk and honey, and it turned out delicious.
