Super Easy Arugula Salad

All you have to do is shred arugula into easy-to-eat pieces, dress, and plate. You get something like this when you order a green salad in Southern Italy, where salt, pepper and olive oil are on tables and you season your salad by yourself. I topped on some cheese for this recipe.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 pack
Parmesan cheese
as needed
2 wedges
Extra virgin olive oil
as needed
Salt and pepper
as needed


1. Wash the arugula well and cut off the roots. Cut the large leaves into 5 cm pieces.
2. Drain the arugula well and divide between two plates.
3. Shave the cheese with a peeler and put them on top of the greens. Serve the lemon wedges on the side.
4. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper. Season with salt if desired.
