My Family's Carpaccio Sauce

I used raw tuna this time... but this sauce is great with squid, salmon, etc. too. It's easy to make, so give it a try!


Sashimi of your choice
1 package
3 tablespoons
Sesame oil (or olive oil)
1 tablespoon
•Ground Mustard (Yuzu and chili pepper)
1 teaspoon
•White leeks (finely chopped)
•Garlic (grated)
1 clove
Vegetables of your choice
as much as you like


1. Mix the ● ingredients together.
2. Cut the sashimi into thin slices, and sprinkle black pepper.
3. Arrange with your favorite vegetables, cover with the ● ingredients, and it's done!

Ponzu sauce just isn't enough... I mixed and matched various ingredients, and came up with this basic recipe.
