Wash and julienne the cabbage. Mix with a bit of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Remove bones from the salmon, slice horizontally. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
Layer a lot of cabbage on a heatproof bowl, lay the salmon, spread mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a pre-heated toaster oven for 7-8 minutes, and it's done.

I bought fall salmon filets. I wanted to try something different with baked salmon. I created a quick and easy recipe, which you can cook in a toaster oven.
The hot and soft salmon and the slightly crispy texture together are the best. Cooked cabbage increases the sweetness and it's delicious. While cooking, if it starts to burn, cover with aluminium foil.
