Baked Salmon with Mayonnaise and Cheese

The sweetness from cabbage, the saltiness from cheese, and the rich mayonnaise flavor enhance the salmon.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Fresh salmon filets
2 pieces
1/4 small head
to taste
Japanese mayonnaise
to taste
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Wash and julienne the cabbage. Mix with a bit of mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
2. Remove bones from the salmon, slice horizontally. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Layer a lot of cabbage on a heatproof bowl, lay the salmon, spread mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a pre-heated toaster oven for 7-8 minutes, and it's done.
