Story Behind this Recipe
I had a lot of cheddar cheese and wanted to make pizza from scratch. By just taking a little time, you can make homemade pizza. This has already become my go-to recipe and I've never bought pizza dough since.
More bread flour will result in a crispier texture and cake flour will result in a fluffier finish. Feel free to adjust to taste.
