Condensed Milk Muffins

These muffins have a slightly milky taste. They make great snacks.

Ingredients: 6 muffins

Butter
50 g
Sugar
30 g
Egg

2 tablespoons
Milk
50 ml
Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Bring the butter, egg, condensed milk and milk to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift.
2. Mix the butter in a bowl. Add sugar, condensed milk, beaten egg and milk in that order, mixing with each addition. Use a double boiler if you are having trouble mixing it.
3. Add the sifted dry ingredients and cut in until the batter is no longer floury.
4. Pour into the moulds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180ºC.
5. It's done.
