This recipe won't even take 5 minutes. It's so easy and delicious that it's almost too good to be true. My husband is delighted whenever I serve this to him as a drinking appetizer.
I had a small amount of both cucumber maitake to use up.
There's nothing much to it, but add salt to taste. Substituting ponzu for the soy sauce is also delicious.
