This is a smooth shake with tofu. You can make it into the consistency of a smoothie or a thick gelato by adjusting the amount of ice. Add any flavor you'd like. The version in the photo has 10 g of "green juice" and chocolate syrup (and 150 g of ice).
Put the ● ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Add the frozen banana broken into pieces into the blender with the milk and blend well. Add the ice and blend again to finish.
This version has 5 g of matcha (and 100 g of ice)
This has 2 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder (and 100 g ice). Both of the shakes pictured in Steps 3 and 4 may look thin, but they are actually quite thick.
User "Minori105" made the "Cocoa and Chocolate Sauce" version and the "Matcha and Chocolate Sauce" version. She says that if you make it with just a little ice, it has a very creamy thick consistency
Story Behind this Recipe
It was so hot today, so I wanted to drink and I added tofu and ice to thicken it.
Be sure to blend the ingredients together first until smooth. If you try to purée all the ingredients together, it won't be smooth. It's pretty thick, so if you want it to be the consistency of a smoothie, add about 200 g of ice. In that case, add more matcha tea powder, sugar, etc. The quantity of ice depends on the size of the bananas, so add the ice indicated as a reference. In the heat of the summer, the ice melts pretty quickly, so keep that in mind and adjust the thickness of the mixture.
