Nameko Mushroom Soup With Grated Daikon Radish

Nameko mushroom soup is so delicious with grated daikon radish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Nameko mushrooms
1 packet
Tofu
1/4 block
Grated daikon radish
1/4 of a daikon radish
MIso
2 to 3 tablespoons
Bonito dashi stock granules
1 teaspoon
Water
400 ml

Steps

1. Wash the nameko mushrooms under running water and drain well. Dice the tofu into 1 to 2cm cubes. Grate the daikon radish and lightly drain off the excess moisture with your hands.
2. Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the dashi stock granules and nameko mushrooms, Bring to a boil again then dissolve in the miso. Add the tofu and grated daikon radish, bring to a boil again, ladle into serving bowls and it's done!
