Basic Oil-Free Muffins with Yogurt

These light muffins don't require any butter. Once you get the hang of this recipe, you'll be able to make all sorts of variations.

Ingredients: 6 muffins

Egg

Sugar
40 g
Yogurt
50 g
Milk
50 g
○Cake flour
120 g
○Baking powder
4 g

Steps

1. Break the egg into a bowl, add the sugar, and mix well. Add the yogurt, then the milk, and stir well with each addition.
2. Sift in the flour and baking powder. Use a rubber spatula to stir until well blended.
3. Pour the batter into the muffin cups (if necessary, grease the cups with butter), and bake for about 20 minutes at 180℃.
4. I added blueberries. They were sweet and tart and delicious.

I have made various muffins, but this is always the basic recipe. Since it's a basic recipe, it is light and slightly sweet. Top with your choice of topping for different flavors.
