Tender Curried Teriyaki Chicken Breast

Chicken breast
1.5-2 tablespoons
Curry powder
1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, sake
1 tablespoon each


1. Discard the chicken skin, slice on the diagonal, and season with salt and pepper (not listed).
2. Put the chicken in a plastic bag and toss with katakuriko. Combine the seasoning ingredients.
3. Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken. Brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. When the chicken has browned, add the seasonings and mix it well.
