Grilled Salmon in Sauce

Grilled Salmon in Sauce

All you have to do is to grill the fish and then marinate it! Prepare this in the evening and marinate overnight to serve at breakfast. The salmon will absorb the flavours nicely this way.

Ingredients

Raw salmon
3 filets
Ground sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Vinegar
3 tablespoons
Sake
3 tablespoons
Sugar
1.5 tablespoons
Salt
a small amount
Shiso leaves
to taste

Steps

1. Mix ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, sake and sugar together to make the sauce.
2. Slice salmon into 3 or 4 pieces. Remove the bones if you can, and sprinkle a small amount of salt on the pieces (The salmon in the picture above doesn't have skin, but if yours does, you don't have to remove it!)
3. Grill it in a fish roaster and put it in the sauce while it is still hot. Leave it to rest overnight.

This is an easy recipe- just grill then marinate! It is too simple but so delicious. This is also good to put in a lunch box!
