Refreshing Lemon Yogurt Ice Cream

It's really soft and easy to mix.


Plain yogurt
500 g
400 ml
4 tablespoons plus
Lemon juice
4 tablespoons
Lemon oil (optional)
A few drops


1. Mix the yogurt and sugar in a bowl. Add lemon juice and continue to mix.
2. Add lemon oil if you have any. Also add the milk and stir. Pour into a tupperware box and freeze.
3. Freeze halfway like the picture above. Take it out from the freezer and blend. You could also use a hand mixer. Note: Please refer to Helpful Hints.
4. Transfer back into the same tupperware and freeze for 2-3 hours to harden. When serving, scrape off the surface with a spoon.
5. The ice cream will turn out more airy and smooth if you blend with a blender.
