Soft and Fluffy Potatoes with Shio-Kombu

You only need the shio-kombu for the flavoring. This is very simple and can be made in a flash.

Ingredients

Potatoes
2
Shio-kombu
2 pinches
Butter (not necessary)
to taste (1 teaspoon)

Steps

1. Microwave the potatoes until they're soft and fluffy. Peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Just mix together the potatoes from Step 1 with the shio-kombu and it's complete. Add butter if you like, for a richer flavor.
