Dieter's Recipe Yogurt and Orange Cake with Okara

Oil-free, flour-free, orange cake made in a microwave. Enjoy the refreshing sweetness of marmalade and yogurt.

Ingredients: 1 milk carton mold worth

Fresh okara
100 g
Marmalade (orange or lemon)
40 g
Plain yogurt
40 g
Egg
1
Baking powder
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour into a mold and smooth the surface. Microwave for 3.5 to 4 minutes at 1000W. 6-7 minutes if at 500W.
3. When it's slightly cooled down, chill in the fridge without removing from the mold. Done If you're using a milk carton as a mold, it peels off without effort.
4. Slice into desired sizes and serve .

I had marmalade that I didn't know what to do with, so I added that into this okara cake.
