100% Cake Flour Sandwich Bread with Whey

You won't believe that it's made with cake flour! This bread has a crisp crust with a fluffy inside. It rises up very nicely! I hope this recipe will catch on so that others can enjoy the softness of this bread.

Ingredients: 1 loaf (1.5 loaves)

Cake flour
280 ml (350 ml)
Whey
190 ml (260 ml)
Margarine
20 g (28 g)
Sugar
20 g (28 g)
Skim milk powder
20 g (28 g)
Salt
3 g (4 g)
Instant dry yeast
3 g (5 g)

Steps

1. Put all of the ingredients in a bread machine and press the start button.
2. The result is fluffier if you take the bread out of the bread machine 10 minutes before the timer goes off.
3. With 170 ml of whey, I baked 4 cube-shaped loaves at 180 ℃ for 30 minutes .
