Salt Cookies Sugar-Free Version

This is a recipe for simple salt cookies made without any sugar. They are crispy and delicious cracker-like cookies.

Ingredients: Makes about 20 cookies

Cake flour
90 g
4 g
Vegetable oil
20 g
20 g
Salt (preferrably rock salt)
a small amount


1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt with a whisk. Alternatively, you can sift them together.
3. Add the vegetable oil and mix with a rubber spatula in a cutting motion. When well incorporated, add the water and lightly mix until it comes together into a dough.
4. Roll out the dough to a 5 mm thickness with a rolling pin. Cut into desired sizes. Sprinkle the salt (rock salt) on top.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes and they are done. Let them cool.
