Melted Ice Cream Style Shake

I love smooth and soft ice cream that's just about to melt! I came up with a milk shake recipe and many variations to re-create this taste but in a low calorie formula. It tastes just like ice cream even without fresh cream!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Ripe Banana
1 big banana (about 120-130 g)
Milk
About 150 ml
Skim milk powder
2 tablespoons
Condensed milk
1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder, matcha, instant coffee etc.
1 tablespoon (only for variations)

Steps

1. The banana should be at least this ripe with a reasonable number of spots. Peel it and cut in rounds and freeze. Blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer or food processor and it's ready! It's also delicious when you add cinnamon or vanilla essence!
2. Here I added 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder! It's a shake that tastes like chocolate ice cream.
3. Here I added 1 tablespoon of powdered green tea (or matcha). If you are using matcha, you can adjust the amount to your taste. It turned out slightly bitter but also sweet and delicious.
4. I mixed in Milo instead of instant coffee. Small children can also drink this. To get the coffee taste, I always use Milo.

Thanks to everyone's delicious smoothie recipes, I got to know how great frozen bananas are. I love ice cream and wanted to come up with a recipe to re-create a low calorie smoothie that tastes like melting ice cream!
