Easy Bean Sprout Ramen At Home

Just prepare a homemade topping to dress up ready-made ramen from the store.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Readymade ramen noodles, soy sauce flavor
2 packs
Ground pork
about 170 g
Bean sprouts
1 bag
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Krazy Salt
a pinch
Chicken soup stock granules
a bit more than 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
a bit more than 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Green onions (chopped)
To taste


1. Stir-fry the ground pork with vegetable oil, and season with Krazy Salt. Add the chicken soup stock granules and soy sauce too.
2. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry.
3. Add the doubanjiang and continue stir-frying.
4. Make the ramen noodles following package instructions. Top with the stir-fry, sprinkle some chopped green onions on top, and it's done.
