Cafe-style Chocolate au Lait

Take a break to enjoy a cup of chocolate au lait? Melt a bar of chocolate in milk or soy milk, and enjoy. Use bitter chocolate for a more grown-up taste.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chocolate bar (bitter)
20 g
Milk or soy milk
160 ml


1. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces.
2. Put the milk or soy milk in a sauce pan, and add the chocolate (chocolate melts easily, so don't touch it directly with your hands.)
3. Stir it slowly over a medium low to low heat until the chocolate melts. Mind it doesn't burn.
4. Once the chocolate has melted, pour it into a cup, and it's done.
5. It's also great with soy milk.
