Easy Microwave Jiggly Almond Tofu

You can make this in one bowl in the microwave! Simple. It's alright if you don't have almond powder! Almond extract will create the same flavor!

Ingredients: Makes 4 or 5 servings

10 g
135 ml
35 g
300 ml
Heavy cream
100 ml
Almond extract
1/2 teaspoon
Fruits for topping (whatever kind you like. Optional)
As needed


1. Put the ingredients marked with ★ in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave it for about 1 minute to dissolve the gelatin and sugar.
2. Add the milk, heavy cream and almond extract to Step 1 and mix the ingredients together well.
3. Pour the mixture from Step 2 into whatever container you like and put it in the fridge. (In my case, I put the bowl I make the tofu in in the fridge and serve it up when it's ready to be eaten)
4. Use a spoon to serve the almond tofu into a bowl and enjoy. This time, I used canned fruit to top the dish. I also used the syrup the fruit came in.
5. This is the almond extract I used. It looks similar to vanilla extract, so be careful not to mix them up!!

I couldn't come by almond powder very easily, so I made this easily with almond extract.
