Shape the batter into any shape you like, bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, and it's done.
The ingredients above are for plain, but it's also great if you add kinako, cinnamon, cocoa, etc..
Kinako version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, kinako 25 g! For a crunchier texture, use 50 g of bread flour, but I think they will turn out crunchy enough.
Cocoa version: Okara 100 g, bread flour 25 g, cocoa powder 25 g! The cocoa will burn easily so keep an eye on them while they bake in the oven.
Story Behind this Recipe
I baked Recipe ID: 302342 and I was convinced that they would become crunchier if I used bread flour instead! I tried, and they turned out to be crunchier, so I was able to reduce the amount of flour and made a low calorie version.
Adjust the baking time according to the thickness of the dough.
