Blueberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream

I made ice cream with my favourite combination. It's easy and tasty, and all you have to do is mix and freeze.

Ingredients

Cream cheese
80g
Yogurt
120g
Heavy cream
30g
Blueberry jam
35g
Honey (if it isn't sweet enough)
5g

Steps

1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. If you are in a hurry, microwave it (30 seconds).
2. When it is soft, mix well with the jam.
3. Add heavy cream (you don't need to whip it) and yoghurt, and taste it. If it isn't sweet enough, add honey.
4. Freeze it for around 3 hours, and it's done. You don't need to mix it while it's freezing!
