Egg/Gluten/Milk/Oil-Free Puff Ball Cookies

Egg/Gluten/Milk/Oil-Free Puff Ball Cookies

This only calls for 3 ingredients and is a crunchy snack. Great for weaning your infants onto solid food. You won't be able to stop eating these!

Ingredients: 30 puffs

1/2 cup
40 g
Soy milk

1. Mix the katakuriko and sugar, gradually add soy milk to form the dough into a ball.
2. Line the rolled balls on a baking tray (if they're too big they may not cook through, so it's best if they're the size of your finger tip).
3. Bake for about 8 minutes. When the balls are slightly brown, they're done.

Story Behind this Recipe

Serve as a children's snack after weaning, or before introducing egg/milk/oil to their diet. There's no choking hazard as they melt in your mouth. It's made with katakuriko, so there's no harmful fats.
