Yakiniku Rice Burger

Easy and quick rice burger!!

Ingredients: 2 burgers

Plain cooked rice
2 rice bowls worth
100 g
★ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
★ Sake
1 teaspoon
★ Gochujang
1 teaspoon
★ Grated garlic
to taste
Sesame oil
to taste
as needed

1. Place a round mold (9 cm) on baking paper and push 1/4 of the amount of rice into the mold. (Push it in firmly so it doesn't fall out in bits.) Make all 4 like this.
2. Heat the sesame oil in the frying pan, add the rice portions from Step 1, and heat over medium heat so both sides become firm. (Make sure you remove the rice from the mold!) When they are cooked, spread soy sauce (not listed in the ingredients) over the surface.
3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook the beef. Add salt and pepper and, when it has cooked thoroughly, season with the ★ ingredients.
4. Add lettuce and the beef from Step 3 to the rice from Step 2 and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

It was on the menu of a certain fast-food chain and I really liked it, but they stopped selling it so I decided to make it myself.
