Okara Cookies

These are okara cookies for when you're on a diet. They're not sweet and will fill you up.
You will become full if you eat these with plenty of water.


Fresh okara
250 g
White flour
3 tablespoons
20 g
Artificial sweetner (Lakanto or sweetener)
2 tablespoons
1 medium or small


1. Saute the fresh okara in a frying pan until crumbly. Do not use oil.
2. Stir in the butter and artificial sugar well, and add in the egg.
3. Add the flour and Step 2 into Step 1, place into a plastic bag and knead well, flatten, and chill in the freezer for about an hour.
4. Cut the plastic bag open, and then cut the dough into whatever size you prefer.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 20~25 minutes.

So I made them myself.
