Okara Diet Cheese and Cereal Snacks

Non-sugar, non-oil, non-flour snacks. Though I do not use potato starch, it's springy in texture. It's cereal snack with cheese, okara and wheat bran. The double effects with okara and wheat bran prevents constipation.

Ingredients: about 14 balls

●ALL BRAN
1 cup (50g)
●Low fat milk or milk
80ml
Fresh okara
100 g
Grated cheese
40g
Egg
1
Salt
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. This is "ALL BRAN" cereals with full of dietary fiber, not "BRAN FLAKE"
2. Put ● into a bowl. Soak the cereal for 3 minutes.
3. When the cereal has softened, add the rest of ingredients to mix in.
4. Roll up the dough and place on a plate. If you have parchment paper, line on the plate. It's about 20g for each ball.
5. Microwave for about 4 minutes at 500w.
