Grilled Shrimp With Mayonnaise Made in an Oven

This is so easy to make in an oven, but so delicious! Oil isn't used, so it's healthier than the usual shrimp with mayo. Terrific with beer! Or white wine!

Ingredients: 2 servings

For the sauce:
5 tablespoons
Condensed milk
2 tablespoons
Grated garlic
a small amount
Chili powder
a small amount
1/3 teaspoon
Dried parsley
to taste


1. Rinse the shrimp in generously salted water. Make a slit in the back with the shells on, and remove the vein. Sprinkle lightly with salt and line up on an oven baking sheet.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients together, and spread on the shrimp. Sprinkle dried parsley, and bake for 7 to 10 minutes in an oven.
3. When the shrimp have arched back and are lightly browned, they are done.
