My husband hates okara, but I wondered if I could get away with using it in his favorite creamy foods. I didn't tell him that this gratin contained okara, and it looks like he didn't notice.
The seafood mix that I used contained shrimp, squid, Manila clams and baby scallops. This would probably also taste good if seasoned with consomme soup stock.
