✿Stir-fried Scallops and Spinach in Butter Soy Sauce✿

An easy and delicious dish made with boiled scallops and spinach.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Spinach
1/2 bunch
Boiled scallops
About 150 g
Butter
10 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Wash the spinach, and chop into 3 cm bunches.
2. Heat butter in a pan, and pan fry the scallops until they are lightly browned on both sides.
3. Add spinach and continue cooking. When the spinach has wilted, drizzle soy sauce, mix together, and it's done.
