Chicken Breast Sautéed in Ketchup

Chicken Breast Sautéed in Ketchup

You only need two seasoning ingredients: ketchup and okonomiyaki sauce. This dish will whet your appetite. Since this recipe uses cheap chicken breast meat, it's a good budget dish before pay day.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
a pinch each
All-purpose flour
3 tablespoons
5 tablespoons
Okonomiyaki sauce
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Coarsely ground black pepper
a pinch

1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces, then season with salt and pepper. Combine the ketchup and okonomiyaki sauce and mix.
2. Add the flour and chicken to the plastic bag and rub in the seasoning.
3. Add oil to a heated frying pan, then fry chicken until golden brown by constantly turning over the pieces. (Thoroughly cook through.)
4. When the chicken is cooked through, wipe excess oil from the frying pan with a paper towel.
5. Add the seasoning mixture from Step 1 to the frying pan, coat the chicken, turn off heat, then it's ready to serve.
6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with vegetables, then sprinkle on coarsely ground black pepper.
