I wanted to make a quiche using okara. I referred to another recipe to create this.
- Make sure to dry-roast the okara pulp. It should weigh 100g before it's roasted. - Use any ground meat and cheese of your choice (I used pork and sliced cheese.) - Adjust baking time to your oven.
