Easy Chikuwa and Mayonnaise Sauté

Here's a great dish for when you have the munchies. They're also great as a bento filler or a side dish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 heaping teaspoon
Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce
1-2 teaspoons


1. Cut the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat a pan, then add a little oil. Fry the chikuwa. Once heated through, turn off the heat, then add the mayonnaise and sauce.
3. Here they are looking scrumptious. Served warm, these have more of a cheesy creaminess.
