Chikuwa Simmered in Mentsuyu

Chikuwa

Mentsuyu
30 ml
Water
60 ml
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the chikuwa into desired sizes.
2. In a pot, combine the mentsuyu, water, and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the chikuwa and simmer over low heat. It's done when the liquid completely cooks down.
