Easy and So Good! Green Onion and Pork Stir-Fried Udon Noodles

Once all the ingredients are ready, it's done in 3 minutes!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cooked udon noodles
1 pack
Pork (roast, belly, chopped or whatever you have)
About 80 g
Green onions
2 stalks
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Mentsuyu with bonito dashi base
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons
Butter
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
2. Run some water over the udon noodles to de-tangle them. When the pork is cooked, add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry quickly. Add the green onions and continue stir-frying.
3. When the green onion is cooked, add the mentsuyu concentrate, stir quickly and turn off the heat. Add the butter and let it melt with the residual heat.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make stir-fried noodles, and I had some mentsuyu sauce concentrate that I'd won in a contest, so I tried it out with pork and green onions.
