"Cottage Cheese" from Soy Milk

Here's healthy cottage cheese that's made with soy milk. It should be lower in cholesterol compared to the regular kind. Serve it with a salad, or enjoy it as a healthy snack. It's vegetarian-friendly, too!

Ingredients: yields 150 g

Soy milk
2 cups
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
a pinch


1. Pour the soy milk into a pan over heat. Warm until it's about 60℃ (slightly bubbly on the edges). Turn the heat off.
2. Add lemon juice and mix well. The mixture separates after 10 minutes, so stir it again.
3. Pass it through a fine mesh strainer or a paper towel. When it's drained enough, mix in the salt to finish.
