Easy Okara Cinnamon Waffles

I wanted to eat healthy waffles! So, I used okara and soy milk. They're even butter-free!!
These are really tasty thanks to the cinnamon flavor. Serve with jam, if you like.
They're really easy to make.

Ingredients: about 3 servings (6 waffles)

Fresh okara
130 g
Soy milk (or regular milk)
150 ml
Plain flour
200 g
to taste
1 tablespoon
Baking powder
1 teaspoon


1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
2. Add all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix evenly! Add lots of cinnamon to taste.
3. Bake them to your desired crispiness in your waffle maker. Done!

I was so excited about getting a new waffle maker on the internet!
When it arrived, I was eager to make some waffles.
Since I'm on a diet, I was thinking of ways to make them healthier...
So, here's my variation of a recipe that was in the manual.
This recipe uses okara and soy milk, and it's butter-free.
I'm going to be hooked on making waffles for a while .
